Capital Strike Zone is open to team, family, and individual members 6 days a week. Although our instructional lessons are generally given Monday through Friday, some specific instructors are available to give instructional lessons on Sundays as well.

Capital Strike Zone will typically observe National Holidays such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Martin Luther King Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (Eve and Day), and will be closed on those specific Mondays in honor of the special men and women that these holidays are designed to commemorate.
